Just checking in.

Check out my new travel pillow. I took it on the plane to Baltimore and it was heaven. Kidding. But I tell you, this pillow is heaven. It is amazing, and a life saver. Every pregnant woman should own one. My sister-in-law let me borrow it and I tell you what, it is pretty much the greatest invention on the market right now. You know those last three months of pregnancy where you wake up with numb legs because you rolled onto your back in your sleep and the baby cut off the circulation to the bottom half of your body, or your hips, belly, and back just ache from the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements you are forced into. Well, with this baby, there is no more of that. I sleep so great, only waking up occasionally for the dreaded bathroom break, but even then I can pretty much fall right back into the center of this pillow and be asleep instantly, instead of spending twenty minutes trying to find a comfortable position again. Seriously, anyone who is pregnant, or becomes pregnant soon, buy this and don't even blink about the money. It is worth every penny. And it has to be the full body U pillow, the C shaped pillows won't give you the total comfort. Trust me.

On another note, I am retaining water and it isn't fun. I didn't do this with either of my boys, but then again with them I did have air conditioning. Today I sat on my foot for a few minutes and got this lovely imprint from my chair onto my foot. This picture was about a half hour later.  That just isn't normal.  But the great thing about this is, I am just twenty days away from my due date. Man that is crazy to think about. I am getting so excited. It finally seems real. I am about to have a baby girl! And she could come in a week if she is as early as Gavin was. I can't wait to meet her, kiss her, hold her, and cuddle her. There is nothing like a new born. I am ready to have that spirit and pure love permeate my home again. And I am excited it is a girl. I have had lots of fun making headbands for her. I don't feel like scrubbing my floors or cleaning my bathroom, so sitting, cutting, gluing, and sewing sweet little girl headbands has provided loads of entertainment. Griffin and Gavin let me try some of them on them today. I think Griffin makes a pretty darn cute little girl!  Bring on the pink. We are all ready!
